You should pair up PrEP with PEP (doxycycline) and get you vaccines (including HPV). You still have risk from resistant strains of gonorrhea (some scary shit) and lesser talked about stuff like Trichomoniasis, Non-gonococcal urethritis, Mycoplasma genitalium which many standard STD panels don't test for, but are curable. Nothing much you can do for the remaining viral based STIs like HSV1 and HSV2, though PrEP gives you some modest protection against those.
