I found some interesting arrest data on Beach. According to their site, they make about 15 prostitution related arrests per month. These arrests are probably a combination of the SW and mongers. Some of the vehicle related citations are probably the cops trying to get something out of the the mongers because they couldn't get any solicitation charges. There's 2 sets of data for most months, so they seem to have 2 separate teams reporting. You can also cross reference these arrests with data (on other websites) that reveals a lot more info, such as their names, previous arrests and details of the arrests. They recently arrested a girl that had a loaded weapon inside her purse.

Posts: 65We can thank the WASP movement for that. We went really sexually conservative because of them.

Posts: 92Same reason why I am in the game now
Woman's standard is just a bit too much for me now, which is why I just coming into this game recently. The same amount of money I would have spent with some chick on Tinder or Bumble, I wouldn't even get to second base, and while I can just do what I need to do and have no commitments.

Posts: 686Yes. Also, I think many American women look down on women who really enjoy sex. I wish I knew how to change all this but I don't. I guess all I can do as an individual is when a woman really likes sex and really wants to make a man happy, I give her sincere praise and try to lift up the entirety of her life.

Posts: 637It seems that American women look down their nose at MP as if a man's sexuality or sexual needs were disgusting. In Asia, Latin America, and Southern Europe (Spain, Italy, France), men are allowed to be men. Not fit into the narrow constraints of what American women want us to be.

Posts: 524From watching the Youtube, it gives you a better perspective on how Lake Forest regularly conduct undercover operations at the spas in the city. It's probably similar how other cities do it. A massage spa in Laguna Hills has a poster up in the rooms that states that the police are allowed to conduct unannounced inspections, so I'm assuming this is a city wide policy.

Posts: 524I was at the Asia Spa a few weeks ago at night, which is around the corner from where Oasis is / was located. I went in, but walked out shortly after. When I walked out, I noticed a police SUV parked and the cop was staring at me. It looked like she was monitoring who was going in and out. I got in my car and the cop pulls in back of me and blocked me for a good 30 seconds or so before she went on her way. Not sure what it was about. Maybe she was trying to intimidate me?

FYI. The Lake Forest city council decided not to renew permits for Oasis Relax and another massage parlor in Lake Forest due to prostitution investigations by the OCSD. Hope this isn't a trend. Starts at about the 30-min. , mark. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eb5kK02YpxI.

Posts: 647There's availability for non-Chinese guys in Irvine, too; sometimes at the same condos as the ones the Korgs use by JWA. But I haven't visited one of them in a couple months, because I prefer the korg girls and MOs. With the Chinese ones, it's been a dude (host) who answers, and then there is one girl in each of the two bedrooms. Sometimes I had prearranged a particular girl, and sometimes I elected to pick once I was there. Never had a girl at one of these places that was better than a 7/10 in looks and service and no BBFS option. Total cost about the same as Garden or OA spas.

Posts: 7236Yes, you can find some in the China only websites, China only customers (high end girls. You must speak China only), they use airbnb houses for 4-5 days than they move to another one.

Posts: 524Homes doubling in the last 3 years is probably rare. If some did, I'd like to see. Because I'm investing in the wrong area. I own a few properties in the Irvine and Chino Hills area. Due to inflation and housing shortage in the last 3 years, I think 40% would be average. 60% would be really good. And anyone who bought during the 2009 recession and held on to now definitely made a lot of $$ I have a friend who bought 4 homes in the High desert area during that time. Those homes are now worth 2. 5-3. 5 x.

Posts: 1951My half Viet atf told me that the downtown houses are more expensive than the suburbs. (once upon a time) Asians are all business-oriented people who like to live near their businesses. She dug gold and lives by the beach not far from there.

Here's the start of the lead story in yesterday's Daily Pilot.
An application or a massage permit by a local spa rubbed the La Palma City Council the wrong way. After a code enforcement inspection sent Starlight Day Spa employees and customers exiting out the back door "with haste" lat year, city officials sent the owner an Aug. 19 cease and desist letter alleging that he illegally operated a massage business. On Tuesday City Council members pressed Tom Scott, Starlight Day Spa's owner, during a public hearing with evidence in hand that the spa ran suggestive massage ads on websites like Craigslist and RubMaps.
Beyond what I read, I don't know anything about it. All this just FYI.

Posts: 637I think a lot of houses doubled just in the past 3 years. I knew some people who bought in Arcadia. Maybe 2009 for $1. 2 M. I am not sure if its $12 M now but it was a nice house with a pool. Real estate does not go up the same in all areas. Hot areas might go up 100% while crap areas might go up 10%.
