When originally introduced, msog / bb was 40/40. Later changed to 40/50. Standard is 50/50. IMO, they got it right with the original version.

There are additional SDAG changes in the works.

A veteran lady at a rival org recently complained to me about back-to-back appointments with no break and how much it was stressing her out. SDAG has always done this right, they could emphasize it in their recruiting pitch.

Finally, Ava who was here very briefly was using real pics. Very pretty face, thin waist, big ass, my guess is some type of BBL. Zero English but good attitude and decent service. She said she may be back in a couple of months.

SD is a very under-served market. It is AMP heaven with a ton of customers who don't have many higher tier options. We had SDAG and CAKD which were providing that, and SDAG steadily grew as people saw the value compared to AMPs. For my part I was at strip clubs and TJ until switching. There are a ton of guys spending money.

Then Xo came in (Yourlolly) and offered bb special. Bb had been growing more and more popular an option at the other korgs and set them apart from AMPs where it was less common and YMMV. Now there was a much cheaper option. When Xo established this as a good model, SKP came in too. I won't go into details but both filled a niche. They may have taken some customers from the OG two korgs who needed bb, but at the same time expanded the market by drawing from AMP, strip clubs, thai org, and other customers. The net result is we doubled the number of girls soon. It was sustainable, and we are currently about triple the number of girls we used to have. So the main effect of competition was to increase the customer base, rather than poach them from existing korgs. Very many Xo and SKP customers "browse around" and try out SDAG or CAKD in their rotation. It is a good thing in the end for everyone.

This kind of value arbitrage is broad. I used to go COI because COI strip clubs were miles better than strip clubs in every neighboring city. But I also left some clues there so those guys could find korgs, and a few of them did make the switch. One thing not obvious is that the more choices of girls there are, the more likely a guy will find a girl exactly his type and just repeat her long-term. That accelerates how popular korgs are in general, which is why having more korgs ends up expanding the pool of customers. Also, I remember a time when I could barely get an appointment with SDAG because of how busy it was. There were many problems that needed solving.

I do agree the msog upcharge was related to bringing girls to SD. Other girls are used to the upcharge. SDAG's system was better imo by being simpler with several advantages. But it required girls to accept several pay cuts. So it was a circular problem where higher tiered girls might be reluctant to come, so guys might not choose SDAG over it indirectly. The msog upcharge is nearly universal.

True I wish those listed or comparable talent would come thru. I thought Catalina and Mona were solid. It's a step up from Latinas they have had in the past. Cuban Ruby was one of them that was not good at all. I'm curious about what the SR program was. I was unable to PM you Lara. I'm not too impacted by the times.

But will say I am more selective these days. Looking for quality providers with looks at a moderate price is hard to come by.
