I know the place now named Apple well as I was a regular (and Lucky) customer of the previous owner / MMS.

I've sampled the Apple several times since the name changed -- and it was never so sweet as when Victoria we there (a year ago).

I sampled in the fall, but change of management / staff resulted in a much less tasty fruit.

So for this one I would def say that it is somewhat a good value bc of the 1 hr $200 FS Deal however it is in a small storage room size office in a pretty narrow hallway and thin walls with a small office next to her and behind her.
