Stopped by USpa but there was a wait so headed over to give Shangri-La another shot (been a minute). Two women, one was outside having a smoke when I pulled up. Drew the shorter one, guessing about 35-40. $50 for a 1/2 hr and a lame massage, on the flip she offered topless BJ for $200 to start, told her too much then $150, ended up settling on a topless HJ for $70, so $120 total.

Random google search for UTR spots and found AA Spa. Located on Packard between Ann Arbor and Ypsi. From the looks it checked all the boxes. Went for a 1 hour session. Older provider.
