You can get Prep on mistr and doxypep which basically mitigates a lot of risk for STDs. HIV in particular is only really a risk for you if you already have STDs as the abundance in t cells within the genital region makes it really easy to acquire it if you're already infected with another STD.

As long as you test consistently and are on a PREP / doxypep dosage you're basically good to go.

Also, at least in Korean agencies a lot of the girls on there are also on Prep which is why BB is pretty available. Japanese agencies it's more iffy but I've never tried BB there.

Asides from that, all other STDs are pretty treatable, which is why after every time you raw dog you go and get tested. And if you catch something like the clap, just get treatment and you're good.

Most people don't need them imo. Burners are arguably more important for sugaring than agency girls. But some people need the extra layer and peace of mind.
