I'm curious, is anyone else getting threatening txt after inquiring about Latino providers. I normally don't inquire about them because I feel the vast majority of them are fake. I reached out to a couple of them (that look interesting) via txt msg with no response but within a day or so I get threatening txt msgs that they are going to expose me to my family. I'm thinking they are an extortion ring? The majority of ads on Lc, Eros are Latino with Spanish writing. Those that do respond want deposits which is guaranteed to be a scam! Comments?

Can the phone number you called with be traced back to you with an internet search? If not, you have nothing to worry about. I use a number that would be traced back to an imaginary person I invented. If the number can be traced back to you, they are probably empty threats but you could google the number and try to take down whatever shows up that identifies you. Then, go out and get a burner phone or burner number and take this as a lesson.
