I think the rates are too low for what they have to offer. It doesn't match or compares to riverside, campus, Asian Hollywood or Ohio99 Asians. I think they might be part of the apartment Asians (billingleys, quarter house or hotel off of Karl road providers that offer those rates in town but they are old and service is not great. Just some good for thought.
