I did a reverse search and also googled the number. The google came up with a mug shot that looks like it could be the same woman in the ad. She's 59. She has a rap sheet going back over 20 years, and arrests for mostly driving offenses till 7 years ago. But the arrests also include a hit and run with bodily injury, and multiple DUIs.
