Over ten years or so, I've been to Cozy several times in a pinch. Never gotten more than L1 no matter how many Benjamins I flashed. I recall there's been a couple visits I couldn't manage to get L1. The last few visits I've gotten a good massage and decent L1.

Went to visit an old reliable place the other day and the new help did a awesome job of making the experience memorable. Wasn't looking for FS just a good rub and good ending.
