I guess some people don't realize that "9 mile" could mean the difference between a 10 minute drive and a 50 minute drive, so they want you to waste life to just discover such a simple thing.

Just saw driving by the other day. They painted over the Rise part of name. If you google it also says closed permanently. I'm sure it's still the same place and FS worthy, but the area is shady af.
