She is the same as she was last year. Pretty (no makeup), tiny, B-cups, GFE and TIGHT. Not much to add but she is one of my favorite. I'll see her again.

I rarely have a bad time at One, Shanghai and Good but that does not mean that I always get a full hour for $$ or get my mind blown on every visit. I agree with what several guys have said, I have spent a lot of time a Shanghai from when it was just Iris and Maggie and now mostly go to One Spa. Anytime a session is over and Alyssa or Iris are there they always ask if I have a good time and if not they want to know why. Let me be the first to say I am a frequent to Shanghai and nearly always have a good time. I am nice to the girls, Iris knows me by name (not my real one) and I nearly always get a handy or whatever on top of the main course. So with that, I had a very rare bad experience yesterday.

I always go in the morning, just my experience that the girls are a bit less tired early. Text Iris ask how long the wait is she said just come 2 girls are free. There are other individuals like yourself (no need to point fingers, but you know who you are) that need to understand that you are the common denominator.

Setting yourself up with high expectations or expecting the girls to behave a specific way is an easy way to be disappointed.

Ultimately it's the girls giving additional services at an AMP, and to expect XYZ because someone else had an experience is just a way to ruin it for yourself. Also constant negative feedback will build yourself a negative reputation where they don't want your business.

Just be kind and charismatic like gibs said, and generally they'll match the energy.

I'm noticing a pattern that the MTs very popular with other mongers give me very poor service. Nisa in Feb, Judy in March, and now Aki in April.

Just pretend for an hour to be a happy, positive, confident guy who knows the ladies enjoy him. They'll key off the persona you project. After a while you'll start to become that guy. It's not about handsome. Look at Bogart. It's about confident. And you don't have to be confident at first. Just pretend to be someone who's confident. Watch some movies of confident guys. Or read a book. Pretend to be that guy. Seriously. It works.

I am not a great writer so I will say this. I agree with what other folks stated here (quoted here). There is no Shanghai club per se. Wherever I go, I treat girls nicely and I always get it back with their service level. So yeh, I don't think it's anything to do with your look or physical appearance but how you treat them.

Marko Ramius is absolutely correct when he states it is a lot more about "vibe". He is also correct about the managers incredible memories about customers. I have been going to Shanghai since it opened, in fact I was the first customer the day it opened under the new ownership. I knew Iris from another store and she is great at pre-briefing the girls about what I like. Alyssa is good about doing the same with the girls. I disagree with the comment someone made about not being in the Shanghai Club. If you treat the girls well and you are good to them they will respond accordingly.

I know some mongers have complained about Iris as the manager. If you talk to her about your not so good experience with a girl Iris listens and takes care of it. Alyssa does the same. So, instead of submitting a bad review, first speak to the manager about your experience and let her deal with it.

Iris and Alyssa have done an excellent job getting beautiful young ladies into the stores. Keep in mind that some of the girls have not had much experience in this line of work when they come to this country. The owners see these bad reviews and then think the manager is not doing a good job.
