This is a lot more of a "vibe" business than anyone participating in it would like to admit. And a lot of times if the chemistry isn't there everyone will have a lousy time, and it isn't really anybody's fault.

The only thing I'd say is that if you are consistently getting poor service from girls that consistently get great reviews you might need to ask yourself some tough questions. I have been going to Shanghai since it opened, in fact I was the first customer the day it opened under the new ownership. I knew Iris from another store and she is great at pre-briefing the girls about what I like. Alyssa is good about doing the same with the girls. I disagree with the comment someone made about not being in the Shanghai Club. If you treat the girls well and you are good to them they will respond accordingly.

I know some mongers have complained about Iris as the manager. If you talk to her about your not so good experience with a girl Iris listens and takes care of it. Alyssa does the same. So, instead of submitting a bad review, first speak to the manager about your experience and let her deal with it.

Iris and Alyssa have done an excellent job getting beautiful young ladies into the stores. Keep in mind that some of the girls have not had much experience in this line of work when they come to this country. The owners see these bad reviews and then think the manager is not doing a good job.

I will just close with Iris has been doing a fantastic job! We are fortunate that she is managing the store / stores. The same is true of Alyssa. I have never experienced bait and switch with Iris. So, I give her high praise regarding her managing skills.

Sorry to be blunt here but the way you describe your behavior is off-putting. Telling a working girl to "sleep on top of you" is never going to go over well unless you've established an authentic connection, which it sounds like you hadn't.

Not trying to beat you up but try adjusting your behavior and attitude and you'll get better service. Many mongers are ugly but are treated to GFE because they're charming.

It happens just need to realized you're not in Shanghai club, bring your exp to mms. If they don't do anything about it, they'll lose loyal patrons.
