I agree. It's very rare that I will contact a provider that doesn't have a face pic. There are a couple things that can hook me. I'll keep them to myself so prying eyes don't get wise to them. Other than the fact that there is no face pic, there are only 3 pictures which is actually the very first thing I look for. These were also all taken the same day and at the same time. They are not showing any body of work. This could be their first day. Probably a scam. Only posting three pics shows a lack of effort. What do you think the date will be like? I'm not sure of the logic behind not showing their face. They are trying to hide something. As far as living in the area, they can still be recognized in public by a client. The people in their lives absolutely know what they do especially posting on any site.
