If you search LC for "Kay" you'll see a number of ads that read "Read the ad then ask for Kay". At one point there were two very similar ads where the only thing that differed were the woman in the pictures and the name used. Everything else was the same. Over time, I'm not even sure that every woman depicted in the ad referred to as "Kay" was the same.

You're free to make your own decisions, of course, but I tend to stay away from those kinds of situations where it can be reasonably inferred that there are likely others involved in the availability of the escort.
