As far as negotiations, just counter with what you think is fair, but be prepared for that to be the end of the interaction. If she wants 6 and you offer 2, she could counter with 4 or she could say "my price is my price and that's it" or she could just not respond. It's your prerogative to not want to pay that, and it's her prerogative to set her own price.
