I have a few questions for my fellow mongers.

1) If a girl is arrested, can the police go through her phone and question / arrest a guy if there is talk about a money exchange for services?

2) I am very cautious when meeting a new provider for the first time. For my safety I do severall things like arriving early and scoping the place out for bad guys and boyfreinds and check the bathroom for soneone hiding.
