I agree completely. The only one to blame here is the provider. Every monger, I'm sure, has felt the urge and cold called or walked in to an AMP, and its the providers responsibility to say busy come back later. I would wager the provider was Chinese and not Korean as I have found KAMPS to have a bit more integrity.
