So the 'loyal customer' reward is higher prices? I have not found any regulars outside of AMPs (which are always happy to see me at same pricing every time), but this seems silly. Unless I'm getting extra service, why would I pay more to be a return customer?

Unless you were started on an intro rate and they are asking to come up to regular rates, that may be reasonable, unsure.

I'm fine with being a regular at 'normal' rates, would expect priority for my regularly desired / scheduled times in return. And service typically gets better as we figure out what we like.
