Just my experience, but I've found it to be hit and miss. About half the time, Nali is not available same day. I have to book a day in advance. I don't like booking in advance because I never know what the next day is going to look like in terms of my work schedule. But for Nali, I will do it. What happens at time of appointment? Response time for gate and unit# appropriate? Don't want to get screened, scheduled a time, only to be ghosted at appt time.

Oh yes once your scheduled for appt, response time is on point. Just getting the appt is still somewhat delay in response. Some days 3 hour wait, some days left on read next day. But at time of my appt she is always on time to let me in, especially the new location.

IMHO even if booker fixes the 'phone issue', you will be hard to get same day appointment with Nali.

I don't know what the real problem is but this can not be just a phone issue.

I mean before the phone issue or whatever they are going through, I was able to see her weekly same day. It's not hard to get a later appointment. Or if you want to be priority you can do multiple hours. I just hope they get it fixed.

As mentioned in my post below, it's been slooooow. I know there are some starlets in the making but idk, just been in a funk tbh; especially after a lackluster visit to a KAMP in KT that just made me feel worse.
