Nah, it's not a super complicated process there. Parking around back is ideal, but even if you don't, you'll need to walk to the back entrance. If nobody is immediately inside to check with you, you can wait near the entry hallway. Be nice with the mamasan, pay your entry fee. You'll get led to a room. I doubt you'll get a pick and choose scenario, but if it is slow enough and you look like you belong, it may be possible to ask for someone else. Tips can be negotiated after the flip.

The massage therapists at the location change often enough so I can't quite say who is and isn't available or who to pick. A visitor from another city had contacted me and seemed to enjoy his visit with an "Abby" earlier this week, so perhaps she's still available. I don't personally know her though.
