2. 25 years to do an investigation? That seems wild to me.

Guess they dug used rubbers out of the garbage can too:

"Along with arresting the owner, a 49-year-old woman, police seized sheets, towels and condoms that they believe have physical evidence pointing to illicit sex occurring at the parlor. ".

I'm guessing in the beginning it wasn't really a high priority. Some guy comes to them and says he was offered a rub and tug, they aren't going to be too concerned. It probably wasn't until Fridley contacted them and they realized it was more than just a rub and tug, that they put some effort into it.

Edit: After posting that part, I looked a little further and read the Google reviews. One had a screenshot of the NP PD press release. It mentions they started investigation after receiving information from another agency along with suspicious activity at the location

The Strip article says someone confessed to having sex three or four times. I imagine LE puts a lot of pressure on guys, but I would never admit to receiving extras somewhere.

It mentions that the girls rotated between New Prague and New Ulm. I wonder if that AMP is the next one on the chopping block.

Having to possibly answer to LE factors into how I choose an AMP. I like to go to places that are somewhat secluded / discreet to lessen the chance of being seen by someone I know but at the same time want it somewhat out in the open for plausible deniability if stopped by LE. I didn't know they offered extras, I just saw it when driving by and felt like getting a massage. If you remember the old Five Senses, there was no plausible deniability there, if LE showed up it would be tough to talk your way of out that since there's no way you just happened to notice it when driving by.

As for New Ulm, I believe you are correct. Not that I was planning on going there but I wouldn't now for sure.

Just came on here to report that. The Star Tribune article, which just came out today, has more info than the KSTP story. Apparently, the investigation began in Dec '22 when someone went to the police when the provider offered extras. The Fridley police were also indirectly involved. That might explain why Lotus is strictly legit and the couple of good AMPs in Fridley closed down several years ago.

Apparently, the investigation began in Dec '22 when someone went to the police when the provider offered extras. The Fridley police were also indirectly involved. That might explain why Lotus is strictly legit and the couple of good AMPs in Fridley closed down several years ago.

Have a road trip thru the south Metro so I tried scanning comments for opportunities. Everything seems to be focused on the northern metro. Have our south metro mongers gone silent, or has it really dried up in the south metro?

Looking specifically in the Burnsville area as I pass by on I35.

Did it dry up or did people just stop talking about it because nothing new is happening, with the exception of Rose moving there and then closing for supposed remodeling? I know a couple of the guys that posted from that area are no longer on here. Personally, I used to drive through Burnsville a couple of times a month, now it's a couple of times a year so I haven't put too much effort into looking into what is happening. The last time I stopped down there I left happy but that was that last summer.

Apparently this place just got busted on Monday according to a KSTP article (people can search for it) so I went to the Google reviews and sure enough there was a review of someone complaining a few weeks back and then someone posted a police press release on the google review.

Doesn't say how they were investigated though. No mention of undercovers going in so I'm wondering if a surreptitious aka "sneak and peek" warrant was used? I think since the whole Robert Kraft thing that has really shown what a minefield those warrants can be given you supposedly have a right to privacy inside a massage room and they very likely would've been capturing non-mongers naked, which is basically what sunk the Kraft case. Seems unlikely to use that, but who knows. Seems like the only way would be to use a sneak and peek, send in an undercover, or pull guys over after leaving and have them admit it.

About time LOL! For years the south was the the place to go but to far for moi. I still find from the northwest, I have 20-30 minutes as the action seems to be more that way.

4 U Massage in New Prauge was an absolute and total waste of money and time. Paid for a hour ($80), recieved about 35-40 min.

I walk in, standard deal, she ushers me to a room. Collected the $80 and disappears for about 10-15 min. Finally returns and proceeds to spray my hands and chest with alcohol or something that burned. After that shit show, I lay on the table and she covers me with a towel and starts in on a half assed massage with zero teasing. 15 min in she asks me to flip over, covers me with the towel again and motions for a L1. I say "sure" and she asks for $120 tip. I laugh and say "no". She starts rubbing me and says "120" again. I reply with 40. She asks for the money, rubs me for about 45 seconds and says "are you done"? I reply "no", and she says she's tired laughs and leaves the room. Come back in with a water and hands me my clothes. I didn't even finish, so I get dressed, and walk out!! What a waste, I can't wait to get back to FL!!

Add Acupressure Spa to the approved L1 list. First visit, scheduled 1 hour massage, arrived to pretty standard 40 ish average woman, massage was pretty meh, but a lot of teasing, and was all over it on the flip, very enthusiastic L1 finish. 75 w /50 tip for great service.
