I went there during Grand Opening. My first visit with older lady was 70/ hr + 110/ CBJ & DATY. My 2nd visit was with younger lady 50/ hh + 110/ CBJ & DATY. 2nd lady offered L3 but I declined the 200 rate. No way will I pay 200. I have a few spots where I tip between 130 & 150 for L3. I also have one older provider who gives massage for 60/ hr + 100/ FS. And FuShen offers BBBJCIM for 100 with DATY.

RM had the first review of this place yesterday. Reviewer had the older one named Cindy. 200 for BBBJ, DATY and CFS. Reviewer said he went back next day and different older one which he called a MILF. Looks like rates and services are same no matter who you get. Only difference is whether CBJ or BBBJ. Looks like that area has a decent place to go.

Was in the area and decided to go in and have a look. Open sign on the door but it was locked. I thought she must be busy. Called from there and she answers and says not busy. Can come in three mins, close by. I say maybe tomorrow, I want to check and see if she is a troll grannie or not.

Relaxing Sunlight is a 3 min walk from there. Makes me wonder if same owner for the place.

OK south shore mongers.

It's the radiator place with a new phone number, 5 2 0 Washintin st. In Pembroke, but unsure of new ownership or talent (maybe lack thereof).

This location is very convenient but was a dump with one very weak provider, and one older yet enthusiastic, in the past.

Hoping that it is 'new and improved' as it is super easy for me to get to when I am in the area. If there is anything new to know please provide any info you have, will be back there April or May time frame.

I guess YMMV was why I was writing the review. If you are a regular, sometimes things open up, sometimes they don't. I am not a regular as I have been probably a dozen times over the last decade. I didn't leave disappointed, just wasn't worth it to me. If someone was looking for a BBBJ there could be more sure options.

Is this the Lav in Methuen or the other one? In Methuen BBBJ was def on the table plus other options.

The spas with better menues seem to have a smock you would see at a regular parlor hanging in the room. That way if the girl is naked that's all she needs to toss on incase of unexpected guests. The other alternative is undress in a way you can quickly pull it all together. Seeing the smock hanging in the room is typically a good sign. Especially when it next to the "don't ask for sex" sign.

Having seen the "smock" get utilized more than once, I would agree it's a good sign and it's a good way for them to feel more relaxed and in less of a "rush"! It also makes it quicker for them to get back to business.
