My top recommendation would be Journey. Clean woman and clean apartment. She's usually available if you reach out 1-2 hours beforehand. Never seen her offer a duo but YMMV. I've seen her a handful of times and never left with a complaint.

Hey fellas. I am a senior member from Cincy who has been pretty dormant here the last few years due to the poor selection in my hometown. Heading to Lexington this week and the threads are only so helpful on short notice. I am looking for a higher end reliable girl (or pair of) to make the stay more pleasant.
