Because Irvine has a very big Chinese population same with Arcadia.

A lot of Chinese illegals live in Irvine as well and shady warehouses.

From my experience, the FOB Chinese go to San Gabriel and Alhambra. Then as they get some money they go to Hacienda Heights or Roland Heights. Then with more money they go to Chino Hills, Walnut, Irvine, or Arcadia. I sincerely doubt you will find much of our kind of fun in Irvine.

On the other hand, the slightly run down areas like Westminster, Garden Grove, Santa Ana, maybe Tustin, Hacienda Heights.

It was not that long ago that San Gabriel was the Chinese Massage Mecca. You could get an hour of good massage for $15 in an open room or $20 in a closed room. Sadly the city clamped down and all gone. And that's really what drives it. The police and / or city leaders running them out of town. They don't have to do busts and catch a girl with a dick in her mouth. They just don't like the look of masage parlours and assume the worst. So they regulate them out of business to clean up the good image of their city.

Lucky for us, Westminster and Garden Grove have no such pride.

They probably bought the house for $500 k and now its worth $10 M. There are some HE shops in Arcadia so not sure why someone would risk a $10 M house for a scheme like this.

I wish $500 k homes went up in value that way. I lot of us would be multi-millionaires by now. Some of these homes are newly built. One that just went on the market is about 12 k sq ft and $12.8 Mil. And I'm not referring to people offering services from these houses. Nobody is stupid enough to risk their mansion for this. I'm referring to the wealthy clientele in the area with lots of extra income to spend. Most Corgs, if they're smart, will rent the property. When the heat gets turned on. E. g, They start noticing unmarked vehicles patrolling, neighbors start complaining, cop shows up at the door due to a complaint, or a monger threatens to report them, they could just easily stop business and rent elsewhere.

Yeah, it wasn't 15 people as originally reported by a Redditor. According to news outlets, it was 4 girls and 1 guy (host). There was a picture of at least 1 White guy handcuffed on the curb, so probably at least 1 customer.

Notice that on this search warrant inventory there was cash in several locations, no condoms or any other sexual paraphernalia for that matter.

LE moves pretty quick, warrant signed at 145X, inventory of premises, within 3 hours and 10 minutes, they conducted the search and documented the inventory.

A little surprised, , it moves that quickly.

I'm not sure about the 15 people in the house, but the raid part of the story seems to be true because the neighbor posted the search warrant that he found inside the house a day later. The search warrant had permission to confiscate all computers, phones, video cams, bed sheets, soiled clothing, safes, all cash, sex toys, and pretty much anything else related to the crime.

Within the last two years, I've visited four different C org places; two single-story houses and two condos (Santa Ana and Irvine, respectively). At each one, just two girls and one Chinese guy answering the door and directing me to the bedroom. The Chinese woman who arranged things might not be considered a booker in the same way that Korg bookers are, but only because she would also suggest certain AMPs in OC where I assume she got a cut.

There's a few types of C-Orgs out there and I'll try to explain it in a way that also doesn't give out too much info.

Tier 1) The independent ones that sometimes pop up on BP and other similar sites. This could be just a spot where someone is looking to make money, knows a few girls and decides to get into the business. There's newer independent ones and there are more established ones that have been around for a while.

Tier 2) The mid tier ones that are the most popular and usually consist of either an existing network or a combination of a network and established individual ones. The network and individual ones pay these bookers a fee for every client they send over. Locations are added and removed on a regular basis. The network that these bookers advertise seems to be part of a bigger nationwide network that also include hotel locations.

Tier 3) The higher mid tier ones that are usually a little more expensive than tier 2. Some of these locations are sometimes included in tier 2 as the slightly more expensive "VIP" locations.

Tier 4) Higher tier most expensive. This is where the girls are usually most expensive and for good reason.

2, 3, 4 all have bookers that have varying degrees of screening you and 1 host at the location to greet and verify you. I would say that most bookers aren't at the location and can even be outside of the state. Also, some girls in tier 2 and 3 sometimes rotate in and out of massage spas.

The most recent one that got raided definitely was just a tier 1 that appears to not been well organized. Organized ones will usually have 2 girls and 1 host. There's good reason for that. Most mongers wouldn't be comfortable if they see a lot of people in the house (15 people?) and there's a strong likelihood either a monger or neighbor would tip off the cops if they saw something like that.
