Within the last two years, I've visited four different C org places; two single-story houses and two condos (Santa Ana and Irvine, respectively). I'm not sure about the 15 people in the house, but the raid part of the story seems to be true because the neighbor posted the search warrant that he found inside the house a day later. The search warrant had permission to confiscate all computers, phones, video cams, bed sheets, soiled clothing, safes, all cash, sex toys, and pretty much anything else related to the crime.
