These new street drugs are eating through providers way faster than they're replaced. Fentanyl, Xylazine and all the other crazy new stuff out there is different and significantly more potent from the heroin (as nasty as this drug is) of the past and makes them go down hill significantly faster if it doesn't outright kill them. I don't remember seeing bleeding open sores on providers till that Xylazine shit came around, now it's commonplace.
