It's not unusually these days if you say no, they want a tip. A tip for few minutes of small talk.

In my experience, I got a better deal (paying 200 or lower) when I go day time. Someone mentioned Daniela at 170, I've paid her 150. She took 100, but I gave her 50 extra because she was working during her not normal day, but she was working extra to make little more money. I feel like daytime girls are more hungry to make money. Less crowd. You have better shot at getting better price.
