Whether handler or indy? Even if you get to know the place, the handler is kind of "transparent". It depends on the place, you get different insight into the providers. For example, at the Tina / Cherry ACS, you read this forum. You get the number, text the handler, ask who is there. They say "Cherry / Angela". You search for Angela here. Usually some descriptive posts. Then you show up, text handler, "I want Angela". That spot, I've never had the handler send you to wrong room for whom you've asked. Thought I'd give Deena another chance, actually two of them in the past week.
