Wondering if anyone has any intel on the new provider at can't. I believe someone said her name was Lisa, but it's not the same Lisa that was there a few months back. Went to what is now called Tranquility at #436. I've been there several times, and usually see Jessica who is very reliable. They always offer L2, but I don't go for more than L1 with her.
