You are only half right about the spa on memory lane. The spa that was around forever was called Le Palace Massage. https://www.yelp.com/biz/le-palace-massage-santa-ana-5.

But that place got closed down, and in the photo on yelp, their business sign was simply "Massage", that sign got torn down but you can still see the faint outline of "Massage" since that part of storefront is not as weathered as the rest of the storefront. Kind of like a chick that got tanned with a bikini on, and when she takes her bikini off now she has tan lines.

When right spa got closed down, they needed a new location, so the moved into the exact same vacant spot as Le Palace Massage. Frequent visitors of Right Spa, might remember the Right Spa business card that also after paying for 6 massages / get the business card stamped 6 times, you can trade in the card for a free massage. Well at Garden Spa, you can ask for frequent visitors promotion as well and you still get the old Right Spa business card, proof its same owners as Right Spa. It was only recently the put up a temporary banner that say's "Graden Spa".

The point being is that place you thought that has been around forever Le Palace, is no longer around. And the temporary hot spot, Right Spa, actually moved in to take their spot.
