She has a lot of regulars so, I would suggest always making an appointment. I've never been offered the side door but I'm pretty sure there is another way to get in. The building is a the bottom floor of a condo / apt building, she probably doesn't want complaints from residents.

That said, and this may go down as extremely unpopular, but tip a little bit more than some of these people have recommended. I've seen her probably 30-40 times by now and never once have I been interrupted or anything else negative of that nature, also.

Three years ago you talked about seeing her. So you should a general idea of her looks. And yes is she a granny and in her 60's so yeah she looks like a general Asian granny. Not good looking and a rounded body.
