Faces shown but not same girl in every picture, probably a LCS and same as above.

Faces shown, all pictures match, 10 digit phone number, allows calls instead of just texts. Good chance this is a legit ad, provider may or may not have a handler, but no promises she'll be the girl in the pictures.
