Tiffany's long gone. She was a gem but was later revealed she came with other 'concerns' that probably led to her departure.

FS is largely available (as always depends on the girl), but good luck if you want bb as that's like pulling teeth with them (I got it once with a new provider over a year ago) not since.

Rates are what you'd typically expect for the area.
