For outcalls, maybe from only a well reviewed and recognized provider, and with using an alias with Venmo, chime, or cashapp.
With that said more of a token gesture of just $20 to prove an intent, and only if you have the funds to burn, and at least in wanting to see her , it's something that is itching at you as if you gotta see her.

Never pay a deposit before seeing a provider. It's highly likely you'll not only never see that money again, you also won't get the services for which you're paying. There's an additional risk of revealing personal identifying information (PII) if you use a service like PayPal. That could come back to bite you badly if Uncle LEO subsequently busts the provider. Move on if the provider isn't willing to accept cash for payment at the time services are rendered.
