DeepThoughtNYC, before deciding whether to risk any of your mongering funds on her, you might want to check out my post of 11-22-24 in this Streetwalker Reports thread. It provides my own experience with her, and also quotes from the prior posts of four senior members and one regular member. I would concur with WetAndWild. It's notable that when she's out, she's almost always just standing around, not getting into or out of customer vehicles. If she had a better personality and attitude, she could make more money in less time.

However, to be perfectly fair, there are a few mongers who've apparently been satisfied with her. So if ultimately you do decide to give her a try, she's also frequently out earlier than "around 9:30 in the morning". In addition to "behind Longs," she's sometimes located in front of the See Dai Doo Society building; on the makai side of the See Dai Doo Society building; on the makai side of the South Kukui Street / Fort Street juncture; and even on the makai side of South Kukui Street heading in the Ewa direction (but not further than Nuuanu Avenue).

I doubt this actually took place, as if this were to go to trial, her defense would have a feel day with the "repeat customer". Also, police would not put a civilian in a situation that would pose a threat to that person. I am guessing they were after her for some time and framed it like a sting, but I could be wrong.

On this particular point, Hawaii Revised Statutes section 712-1200, entitled "Prostitution," was amended in 2021 to state: "This section shall not apply to any member of a police department, a sheriff, or a law enforcement officer acting in the course and scope of duties; provided that the member of a police department, sheriff, or law enforcement officer is engaging in undercover operations; provided further that under no circumstances shall sexual contact initiated by a member of a police department, sheriff, or law enforcement officer; sexual penetration; or sadomasochistic abuse be considered to fall within the course and scope of duties". That same year the same language was placed into Hawaii Revised Statutes section 712-1200.5, entitled "Commercial sexual exploitation". In regard to Pamela, I haven't yet seen her again with certainty. However, one night I did see (from behind) a blond white woman riding a skateboard on North Kukui Street, but she turned off onto a side street before I could determine if she was Pamela. In regard to Sunshine, I last observed her (multiple times) from about 3:00 to 3:30 on last Sunday morning, at and near the juncture of Fort Street and South Kukui Street.
