You should never pay a deposit to any provider that only posts on Skip. It is almost guaranteed to be a scammer. The ONLY time I can ever recommend sending a deposit is if the provider is well known, (like Lucy Milano, or Jenna Love), and has reviews on other sites, preferably p411 or something similar.
