Both links work but you have to copy and paste the first one as it's blocked if you try to access it from here. But that one is also like what you described.

I drove past yesterday, there's a sticker / label at both front door and back door saying something like not fit for occupancy. Also some yellow marking tape wrapped from front door of Sunflower, then around the brick posts under the overhang, continuing on to the door of the business that's south of Sunflower.
