Milfs really are the play for me as well. The difference between a "young" and "older" woman is almost nil to me. Reached out to the booker, for the duo its $800 hh, $1 k hr, +$200 for bb. MSOG included. Not worth it IMO. I've done duos at other agencies outside of Seattle and the rate is always 2 x the regular rate, often with a little discount. For some reason AP charges extra for the duo ($350/ h regular, so should be $700/ h duo.).
