I've been there many times as well with no real issues. It's just a dumpster fire.

Obviously these things go on at almost all places but based on my 30+ years of experience. This place is a. 5 on a scale of 1-10.

I've been to plenty of sketchy places. Zero compare to this place.

The cold prob helps but when it's warm. It's just a ghetto block party 24/7. The place is just FULL of loud, obnoxious people that got nothin better to do than watch what other people are doing.

100+ times there at all hours, front, back, other sections of rooms that are the most sketchy imo. Never have had an issue beyond someone maybe asking if I wanted to buy something. Just saying. Maybe next time I won't be so lucky, never know. Of course management knows what goes on there. ALL of it. Gate says NO ONE admitted after 10:00 or whatever, yet every time I've gotten in to see a lady, they aren't going to turn away money that's going to come back to them. If LEO really wanted to stop it they could / would. There's tons of activity they could stop but don't. Exception is potentially during election time or if there's some type of issues that keep bringing them back. Ala Hometown Inn.

Seriously, to each their own and that's fine, I'll continue to take the chance.

No doubt it feels sketchy however I said f it and went and now have gone back a few times. Now that its bitter cold I don't see anyone hanging outside (I haven't been back since the cold took over to verify, but no ones hanging outside in negative chill factor weather) Anyways communication was good once she replied. She is like everyone knows at front of the hotel which keeps her away from the issues in the back and it makes sense. She is very nice and makes you feel at home.
