I too am sensitive to rates but everything needs a perspective. I recall that back around 2011 when escort ads became prevalent via the internet some hourly rates were higher than today's rates. I was able to successfully cut a deal with some providers I liked to bypass the handler and I would pay her $250 providing a win / win situation. This required the provider to provide me a direct line to her and some were reluctant to do so. That also allowed the provider and me flexibility as to time spent as the deal between the provider and handler called for the provider to pay more than $100 for any time over one hour.
