Depends on the spa, I frequent the Garden Spa spots, they have a rotation, some girls are better than others but when I get there it's $$ when I go to the room. I don't haggle or need to negotiate. Yea, most places (I've been to), you're greeted at the door and escorted to the room. Money doesn't happen until the door closes, especially for extras. If other things are on the menu, they will let you know and money is done in one deal, depending on the place. Handover money when they ask for it. (They want your money as much as you want to give it to them).

Some will negotiate on the 'flip', I hate that and avoid those places, see reviews for which is which. Most times, kind of a crap shoot on looks and who you get. You can ask, but you're going to get whoever is available. Unless you get a phone number and text her to ensure she's there and available.
