Guys it happened for the first time in 10 years in this hobby. I paid a girl a few hours ahead and she flaked last minute and ghosted. I saw this girls 5 ish times before. We were going to meet again but then she flaked and never saw me again and won't give me the money back. I'm not sure what to do. Also, all my saved searches seem to have the location/distance missing, so it shows everyone in the world . . . othertimes it defaults to 1 mile, showing almost no matching profiles.

And I often try to login from one browser, and it doesn't work, then I try another, and it doesn't work, and then I try another and it works.

They are clearly making a lot of changes to their business model, and also technology, and some of these things are not working.

Same here. And it has been this way a while. I put in a help request on this topic this week. I don't recall all their practices, perhaps they don't send an acknowledging email, but I didn't get one. That might be another bug.

I wondered if it might be browser related. Currently I use Brave on a Mac, people using different browsers might have different experience. Oh, and then there is the mobile app. I don't want to burden my burner, so I don't even have that installed. I have tried Safari at times, I thought it was even worse for the problem where you click a profile in a list and get that PNA page.

I would try and play it off now like it doesn't matter, and that you want to see her again and are happy to give her more. It is hard to believe this is true, but I think it is. I was messaging a new profile that appeared this morning, "Christina", a 42 YO from Irvine. The profile was started in 2018. 'Her' first reply was a familiar 'I don't check here often. Would you mind texting? If you don't mind, leave your # and I'll text you'.

I made a short excuse why I wanted to do a little messaging on the site before taking it to text, because that is a MO of a scammer, and I was immediately blocked, providing instant probative evidence that it was indeed a scammer.

It is amazing this happened with a profile this old. I wonder if women get contacted with offers to take over their old profiles for dough. It is hard to believe that someone set up a 'sleeper' profile with that much forethought.
