I have only had this happen once, but it was after repeated visits. It would be weird for a girl to do that from the second visit as the service is usually better the second time around as the girl will want you to be a regular customer who will continue to repeat.

Would echo everything azf said. Too many variables to consider. I repeat with a select few. Sarai / Hana, Noa, Noah, Monika, Nurse Yuki. Nothing has every really occurred that way though. I've encountered similar situations before, and there are so many factors to consider. The most important thing is to maintain freshness and communication.
