The issue at High and South was simply that they did not have the bodywork license required by the city. So the owner moved out and a new owner who is able / willing to get the proper license moved in.

They go into auto- pilot and just want to get you off. Well she did and I left with 25 minutes to go. I wish these jack hammer girls would understand that if we just want to get off, we can do that at home.
