So I went and checked this one out. A few things.

1) her name is Susan, not Sarah.

I had an appointment this week that included the usual good massage and pleasantries, as well as interesting conversation. According to this provider:

- when it snows, it is likely they will be closed initially because there is nowhere to park. The MMS is looking out for our (client) convenience and place-of-business discretion.

- when parking becomes available, sometimes they are overwhelmed by clients (so if you cannot get an appointment, they may be busy).

- if the business is quiet and the gentleman is a known good customer, the lady and MMS are not in a rush to push you out the door, so do not be surprised if extra time is given. If you are a repeat / past good customer, they do not expect more payment for "gifted extra time" (it is different if you ask for / schedule a long appointment of course since that extra time is discussed / negotiated in-advance).

They will not decline extra tips for "gifted time," since the reason the session is running long is because they are enjoying the company.

The above may not be true everywhere, but it has proven to be true in the past (for me) at several NoVA locations. Of course, YMMV.
