I've always been fascinated by the underlying circumstances that allow some of these places to stay open and thrive while others don't last long. I have no special knowledge, no inside baseball, but I've always just assumed it's a matter of LEO having limited resources, maybe combined with some backroom deals and a healthy amount of "we can ignore you as long as you don't do anything stupid". I also think there is probably an art to running one of these places and being able to fly under the radar for years -- knowing how to size someone up when they walk in the door, having the right connections and knowing which palms to grease. And we've seen a few spas open in just the last year or so I believe and quickly get busted.

I do worry that the renaissance of AMPs going on in Amelia right now might be approaching critical mass; how many of these shops can crowd into one small area before LEO's hand is forced and they have to do something to appease the Karens? I forget the name, but let's not forget that an AMP was just busted a few months ago that was located a little to the west of this area but along the same road.

I never made the trip to Sun Spa, though I thought about it. Something just felt off to me. The location was a little peculiar, being in an office building. I didn't see a whole lot of longtime senior members saying they had tried it out. And it's well known that these types of services are being cracked down upon in the northern locations of the city. I always kind of wondered if it might be a honeypot, and figured I'd give it some time first and see what happened. Now glad I did.

Just a few random musings. I've been wanting to check out Zen, but wholeheartedly agree that parking at the pediatrician's office is most likely a terrible idea. You know what they say, location location location. And I imagine that part of the art of keeping a parlor going for the long haul is choosing a properly discrete location. Will be interesting to see how long this place lasts. I like having the options in Amelia and hope they all continue to thrive, but only time will tell. Be safe and be smart, all.

Sorry but I'm of the mold if I'm visiting a place I park where you're supposed to park for the business. If I'm worried about the parking situation then I just won't visit that Spa. I'm not playing games of parking in the back, in an adjacent lot. Etc. That's just me. To eat his own.

Couldn't agree more. You can't tell me that the Zen neighbors haven't noticed the place and aren't watching the parking. Think again. I've seen this happen countless times with many of our Cincy AMPs. , e g. , Spring Spa neighbors already complained, Fairfield AMPs, nky, etc. The only setup I've seen work fairly well is Goose and parking at the Walgreens across the street.

At Zen, either park a ways down the road, or just suck it up and park in the lot. But I definitely wouldn't park in a neighboring lot. That will trigger authorities and ruin it for all of us.

Close, but Yules is in a smaller plaza just north of Risen. For a landmark, Dairy Queen is also in this plaza.

Been awhile since we had this kind of snow accumulation. Spent about an hour and a half shoveling on Monday and boy was I feeling it Tuesday morning. Decided I needed a real massage. TOFTT and went to Yules in the Harpers / sixteen mile stand area. All signs indicate it was legit but that's what I needed and wanted.

Yules was my provider. She is probably late 50's about 5' 2" about a buck or a buck 10. Honestly very cute MILF. I'd do her if she offered but alas it was totally legit. I was covered the whole time minus the times she had to see who came in the shop (was the mail man) and when she grabbed the hot stones because I moved the towel to expose the bait. No tease, a few innocent grazes or bumps on Mr Willy. I was hard though, she's so sweet and speaks good English so we chatted it up the whole time. I patted her butt a few times while we conversed and got some side boob. Oh well this was expected and I will tell you it was probably a top 3 massage ever. She is an LMT and she knows her craft. Back walk was great too. I would definitely recommend her for my non mongering friends and neighbors. If you want a good massage give it a try. $70 house tipped $40.

Stopped in here again recently and was able to get right in, thanks to poor weather and an icy lot. My last two visits here have been too crowded and sent me else where.

Drew Lisa, I never ask for names but she volunteered it as I was leaving. Paid. 7 for full hr. Decent massage before the flip. Negotiated $. 8 for nude BBBJ, it was alright. Wasn't crazy about her looks or the cost of the extras until after they were done. She gave me the best post HE massage I've ever had. Not sure how long it was but it felt like 20 minutes. Super relaxing, I could have melted into the table. She could tell how relaxed I was and asked if I wanted more time. Unfortunately I had to be going, but I would have gladly thrown her another 30-40 bucks for 20 more min. I got every bit of the hour, if not more. Perhaps this was because they were slow and she got a lot more money out of me. YMMV, but I won't be mad if I draw her again.

I wouldn't. This is careless behavior. There's another option a mile or two up the road where you can hide your car. And another where you can park in front of a vape shop or comic book store without drawing attention.

Parking in the lot of a pediatricians office is not smart. That's a parking lot of nothing but moms on high alert during business hours. You'd look like an absolute creep. After hours, maybe, but that would be careless for different reasons because you'd be the only car in the lot of a closed doctor's office that is right next to a massage parlor. Parking further 'outside' and away from their building is still in full view of not only the doors and windows of the doctors office, but also the main road. There is no way to be discreet here.

I saw the mugshot at Busted but didn't link to it as that violates the sites rules and I don't think it makes the victim's life better. Then I confirmed by looking up the victim at the Butler County Sheriff web site. The arrest record had the arrest address.

I didn't see anything on Arrest. Org, but the Whio article reported the 48 yr old woman was a illegal from texas.

I've never been in a place that has been busted and don't plan on it! I know some people that have and it just sounds scary as you know what to me. I frequent places as often as anyone else on here probably and it's always on the back of my mind. I just try to avoid the areas I know / feel are being watched. Butler County hasn't been friendly in a while.

Do these things typically hit the media once word gets out?

Those Beaver Creek AMPs happened all at once didn't they or close to the same day?

Eddy your right, on Nov 30,2023 =BEAVERCREEK Four local massage parlors were raided by police today in Beavercreek.

The Beavercreek Police Department and the Greene County ACE Task Force served search warrants at four different massage parlors as a part of an ongoing investigation.

The four massage parlors that were searched were Maya Massage in the 3000 block of Seajay Dr, Relaxation Massage in the 3000 block of Dayton-Xenia Rd, Jenny's Massage Parlor in the 3000 block of Dayton-Xenia Rd, and Panda Massage in the 3000 block of Kemp Rd.

No arrests have been made at this time, according to Beavercreek Police, and the evidence that was collected is still being evaluated.

It pays off to be careful. and I enjoyed Beaver Creek, and don't wait or it might be too late, when opportunity knocks take it, before leo takes it away

On the bright side of things, at least the people got to spend their christmas bonus at Sun Amp in the nick of time

I parked in the lot with no issues. Agree with the post below about not parking elsewhere and walking over. That'd be way more obvious. Just park in front.

Thank for the post, the address was the place I went to three times, but never saw that good looking one, I had a short older one and didn't partake because she wasn't worth $100. I think she blocked me from the hottie there. It was in a 3 story office building, above a insurance sale office, I sure some complete a-hole rat them out. a frisches restaurant was open beside it too
