Sorry I had to cancel the party because CeeCee was beat up and robbed last night. I just want to point out that what you see is what you get. This isn't some 9-5 job for them. Usually when the medicine is tapped out they tend to leave their caves. For me the best times are usually after the kids go to school. Since most have either woken up and started their day or had a binged and got kicked out by their all nighter Sugar daddy.

Baltimore is a big city and you can find them almost anywhere. But the main hubs from my experience at least are Wilkens Ave, Curtis Bay / Fairhaven, and Conklin Street.
