What would get us in trouble would be being register with Jp or ToS. Specially if we are on record as having visited post Dec 1. Not sure what records they do keep but the idea of them keeping records of visits would be enough to keep those brave souls making fiction into reality away. Specially if they are ever busted and have kept some form of visit records of visits post Dec. 1.

I think they are closed in Charlotte but don't hold me too it because I write fiction for kicks.

I never actually saw anyone from there or any other provider and all my posts / reviews have been made up fantasy stories for fun to pass my time away but I've been sitting back waiting to read some others reviews before writing another fictitious made up story of my own but haven't seen any others reviews and was wondering myself what happened to them.

There are some recent reviews from Dec of them on the other site but did not read them so not sure of the debts or how aged the reviews are.

That's all pretty standard. At least they are only asking for occupation, not your company name. A lot agencies ask for LinkedIn and / or work phone number so they can call reception.

If you have already screened with another k-agency, try asking your booker for an introduction. A vouch from a kgirl or a booker can go a long way.

I've heard of LinkedIn being used for screening before but calling your company is a new one for me.

They want to know your occupation which I'm wondering exactly why? The I'd with the name and pic, selfie with I'd ok I've done before. But occupation it seems like it's bit too much also specific ethnicity? I'm a mutt sorry LOL I guess 65 percent Irish? LOL a bit crazy when I saw some of this.

So this is where Suzie who seems to be using the same pics from almost 5 years ago has been hanging around at these days LOL.

JP lady show sounds a more intriguing to me will have to check them out I think.

I personally haven't been there but I wonder if these groups will pop up in Fort Mill or just move on. What do you guys think? They are all organized and in different cities already. I wonder if the just pack up and leave and find a new city without the hassles.

I'm not sure that SC will tolerate that much of an influx of immoral activity into their holy state LOL. I think the Asian places will stay, there are plenty of guys who don't know about the law that will continue to use them, also, plenty of guys who do that will continue to use them. But your right, at some point it won't be financially worth if for them. As for all of us, we weigh the reward vs the gamble.

I'm no lawyer, but it is my understanding that they probably won't go after you for anything done prior to Dec. 1, when the "new" law became active. If you read the law it states, on or after Dec 1, so in theory anything before then wouldn't have the felony attached to it, but you know, the Gov going to do what it wants.

Wow, didn't even know about this House Bill gone into effect Dec. 1. This is retarded being one of 2 states in the entirety of US where solicitation is a felony.

Apparently ToS can use Signal app for communication, with end to end encryption and disappearing messages. Only question is how much personally identifying information they keep on each of us. Supposedly the DL picture isn't kept after verification, but who knows what actually happens. That would be very hard to talk your way out of if the police get their hands on it.

On the other hand, JPLS never asked for any pictures from me. All records of visits would be tied to just a burner phone number, so police would need to physically catch me at the apartment. This feels like a safer or at least more acceptable risk?

Exactly how I feel. It's one thing having your name attached pre December 1. Post, every visit on record is a felony. They do seem more careful than most since they stopped really accepting new clients but I personally wouldn't risk it. I wonder if this is why JP seems to have really slowed down.
