I personally haven't been there but I wonder if these groups will pop up in Fort Mill or just move on. What do you guys think? They are all organized and in different cities already. I wonder if the just pack up and leave and find a new city without the hassles.

I'm not sure that SC will tolerate that much of an influx of immoral activity into their holy state LOL. I think the Asian places will stay, there are plenty of guys who don't know about the law that will continue to use them, also, plenty of guys who do that will continue to use them. But your right, at some point it won't be financially worth if for them. As for all of us, we weigh the reward vs the gamble.

I'm no lawyer, but it is my understanding that they probably won't go after you for anything done prior to Dec. 1, when the "new" law became active. If you read the law it states, on or after Dec 1, so in theory anything before then wouldn't have the felony attached to it, but you know, the Gov going to do what it wants.

Wow, didn't even know about this House Bill gone into effect Dec. 1. This is retarded being one of 2 states in the entirety of US where solicitation is a felony.

Apparently ToS can use Signal app for communication, with end to end encryption and disappearing messages. Only question is how much personally identifying information they keep on each of us. Supposedly the DL picture isn't kept after verification, but who knows what actually happens. That would be very hard to talk your way out of if the police get their hands on it.

On the other hand, JPLS never asked for any pictures from me. All records of visits would be tied to just a burner phone number, so police would need to physically catch me at the apartment. This feels like a safer or at least more acceptable risk?

Exactly how I feel. It's one thing having your name attached pre December 1. Post, every visit on record is a felony. They do seem more careful than most since they stopped really accepting new clients but I personally wouldn't risk it. I wonder if this is why JP seems to have really slowed down.

Its reports like this that just keeps me from trying TOS and JPL (sp) and stick with my Hotel Asian. I had one of those groups send me a text with some beautiful Asian ladies that they say are in town. But when I mentioned that I was black, none of the girls would see me according to the text I got. So that took them out of the loop for me to try. But more than anything $250-$400 for either one of these groups and come away disappointment is just crazy. And I'm seeing more and more of these type of reports about these groups. And anyone that follows me on this blogs knows I LOVE MY Asian Ladies.

So unless someone can convince me or show me a nice report lately of those groups, I will stick to my Hotel Asians (40/ hr) and have a great time. I have a great repour with them and they make sure that the lady I get is nice. ANd if she is really nice extras are had (With a little tip).

What hotel Asians are offering 40/ hr? I always get quoted between 150-200 hr by hotel Asians on adultsearch.

Its interesting, I've never been turned down by JPLS. But just today I was talking to 2 hotel Asian numbers at the same time both by the airport and I told them upfront I was black and they said it was fine then they ask for age and race again and I reply and then all of a sudden "No girl here" or the trail just runs cold. If you could point me in the direction of something reliable and not featuring grandmas and old aunties I would really appreciate some hints or info.

Met up with Yuta this week, she leaves today to go to Washington.

Very sweet girl but we didn't click. Either way we worked through it. Disappoints included that she was on her phone a lot, including in the middle of giving a massage. Other disappointment is that JPL person promised me she liked to rim and was very good service, however she never even offered to rim and her skills we a bit lacking.

There haven't been many reports of the JPL girls lately, I like relying on this group to know whether service is good or not.
